Jeff Herrera, Class of 2027
Jeff is a 2015 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. After serving as a Weather and Environmental Services Officer for 5 years, he joined his current company Corning Incorporated as a Program Manager for manufacturing and engineering; since then, Jeff has held various roles in corporate training, supply chain, and data and IT, while taking every opportunity he can to develop and mentor others in their careers. Jeff enjoys being outdoors, especially hiking and fishing, and most importantly spending time with his wife, three daughters (with baby #4 on the way), and their golden retriever.

Benjamin Gomez, Class of 2026
Benjamin “Benji” Gomez is a Management Consultant at Sendero Consulting, currently pursuing his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate through JSOM’s Online Program. Prior to consulting, Benjamin spent five and a half years in the franchising industry, where he held various roles aimed at providing operational, marketing, and strategic support to franchise owners. His professional career began in financial services with New York Insurance Company, where he focused on selling insurance and investment securities in the Greater Waco area. A 2016 graduate of Baylor University, Benjamin is also a devoted husband to Alivia and proud father to his 1-year-old son, Oliver.

Carrie Dembeck, Class of 2025
Carrie has a diverse background in financial and analytical roles within the chemical industry and has recently transitioned into a business manager position. She holds a BS in Accounting & Finance from the University of Houston-Clearlake and an MS in Analytics from Villanova University. Currently enrolled in the UT Dallas PMBA Online program, Carrie is also pursuing a dual degree with an MS in Marketing. She is passionate about leveraging her academic and professional experiences to expand her career while mentoring others and helping them optimize their networks. In her free time, Carrie enjoys traveling, spending time with her fiancé, and enjoying life with their three dogs, family, and friends.
