 Raam Subramanian

Raam graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Economics and earned the Hollingsworth Leadership Certificate through the Corps of Cadets, a four-year military leadership training program.

Post graduation, he spent seven years as a Public Sector Healthcare Consultant at Deloitte before transitioning to work independently, continuing to serve State Government agencies. Raam is pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics and Finance to enhance his technical project management and analytics background. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, writing sketch comedy and plays, and mentoring the next generation.

Mashale Straker is the Finance and Accounting Manager at The Osteosarcoma Institute and a PMBA student at UT Dallas. Originally from New York, Mashale moved to Dallas with over 10 years of accounting experience to explore new opportunities. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oakwood University and has experience in small business, nonprofit, and tax accounting. At UTD she is pursuing her MBA to gain specialized skills in finance strategy, leadership, analytics, and risk management to evolve with the business landscape. Neeha Kilari, Class of 2027

Neeha Kilari is a Campus Recruiter at Cognizant and an PMBA student at UT Dallas. She leads undergraduate Consulting recruiting in Dallas, supporting full-time, internship, and externship hiring, and also assists with MBA-level recruiting for Consulting and Sales. Neeha earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UT Dallas, where she first discovered her passion for inclusive hiring and student mentorship through HR internships and recruiting roles. Outside of work and school, she enjoys exploring local coffee shops, visiting bookstores, and connecting with peers through career coaching and storytelling.

Ryan Siow, Class of 2027

Ryan is a Program & Project Manager at Verizon, where he leads strategic initiatives in Capacity Planning and Labor Capitalization within the Customer Experience Organization. He graduated from the University of California at Riverside with a B.S. in Operations and Supply Chain Management and has experience in operations engineering, process improvement, and strategic planning across global logistics and technology companies, including Amazon and DHL Supply Chain. He is pursuing his MBA in the Evening Cohort at UT Dallas to strengthen his leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ryan is passionate about empowering teams and fostering a culture of growth through data-driven strategy and thoughtful leadership. Outside of work and academics, Ryan enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with his fiancée and their Labradoodle, Hachi.

Brad Allison, Class of 2026

Brad Allison, Class of 2026

Brad currently works as a Chemical Water Treatment Consultant for Nalco Water, specializing in Data Centers and Microelectronics. Graduating from BYU with a BS in Chemical Engineering, Brad gained experience in Facilities Operations as an engineering supervisor at the Gaylord Texan, then transitioned to the more technical role of water treatment consultant. He speaks English, Russian, and some Spanish. Brad is pursuing the MBA at UT Dallas to better understand each of the roles and opportunities within large corporations, expand his network, improve his consulting abilities, and continue his personal development. Brad is blessed with an incredible wife and 2 wonderful children. He enjoys all sports, especially disc golf, serving in his local congregation and experiencing different cultures.

William is an Electrical Design Engineer currently leading innovative projects in Rockwall, TX. With a BS in Engineering from Texas A&M University, Will joined the Professional MBA Evening Cohort at UTD as a way to break into the business realm and further develop his networking and business skills. He aspires to use the knowledge and connections gained from the MBA program to eventually launch his own business, merging his existing technical experience with a new-found entrepreneurial mindset.
