Shea graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2020 with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. While at TU, she was part of multiple research studies both on campus and at the Laureate Institute for Brain Research, where she interned for the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development Study. She is very excited to be pursuing her MBA at the University of Texas at Dallas and hopes to apply her psychology research experience to marketing analytics and consumer insights.

Rafael grew up in Miami, FL and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. Rafael joined the United States Navy as a Submarine Warfare Officer where he was stationed on a nuclear-powered fast attack Submarine in Pearl Harbor, HI. After nearly 9 years in the Navy he decided to pivot his career by pursuing his MBA and beginning a consulting career.

Charles graduated from the University of North Texas in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. After graduation, he worked in medical research at the UT Southwestern Medical Center for two years. Charles is currently pursuing his MBA to launch a new career in finance.

Engineer by profession, Kunal is a Military Veteran from India. Having been handpicked for numerous diplomatic missions and worked for Nation's maiden classified underwater platforms, Kunal has always strived to attain mission accomplishments within time and budget constraints. After a satiating career of 10 years, Kunal felt the need to upgrade his skillset and to be relevant. So, here at UTD, he intends to enhance his global stature and to be relevant.
