Joshua Hernandez, Class of 2021

Joshua was born and raised in El Paso, TX. His education focused on physical sciences and engineering, obtaining a BS in Chemistry from Yale University, an MS from Texas A&M University, and is currently attending an MBA program the University of Texas at Dallas.

Timothy Shiveley, Class of 2021

Timothy is a Texas native and attended UT Dallas as an undergrad. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the Erik Johnsson School of Engineering and Computer Science in 2018. Since graduating he has worked at the United States Automobile Association (USAA) as a software developer in the data analytics space. In his role he has facilitated the creation of automated processes to deliver insights to all levels of management.

James Kadado, Class of 2021

A Lebanese-American citizen, James is currently a Digital Social Media Marketing Manager at Haggar Clothing Co. and has worked as a professional marketer in multiple industries including Healthcare, Tech, and Retail & Consumer Products.

Michael Cheney, Class of 2021

Michael currently works on the Finance and Business Management Team for JP Morgan’s Commercial Bank. Before beginning his career at JP Morgan, Michael was an Army Captain, serving in the 7th US Cavalry Regiment at Fort Hood, Texas.

Ian Smith, Class of 2020

Ian grew up in Arlington, TX and received his BA in International Relations with a focus in economic development from Brown University in 2011. Currently, Ian serves as Regional Vice President with Westwood Holdings Group, a local asset manager in Dallas, TX.

Amir Safvat, Class of 2020

An Iranian-American citizen, Amir initially moved to U.S. to pursue academic goals. He received an Honor Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture (Magna cum Laude) and a Master of Architecture both from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Caroline Nwaekwe, Class of 2020

Caroline received her Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2018. She currently works for LifePath systems, the local authority for behavioral health in Collin County. Her role is the evaluator for the Texas System of Care program, a HHSC community-based initiative.

Tiffani Jantz, Class of 2020

Tiffani received her BA in Psychology and Child Development and her MS in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience with top honors from The University of Texas at Dallas. Fascinated by the human mind, she worked as a Traumatic Brain Injury Research Coordinator for 10 years at UT Dallas.

Srikanth Jagannathan, Class of 2020

Srikanth Jagannathan received his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from University of Madras. He received his Master of Science and Doctorate degrees from Vanderbilt University in Electrical Engineering. He is currently working as a principal hardware design engineer at NXP Semiconductors.

Morgan Hembling, Class of 2020

Morgan graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016 with a BBA in finance and a minor in accounting. She’s worked as a financial analyst, customer service representative, and most recently, a business unit accountant.
